US Shipping Policy
Our general shipping policy is that items will be processed within 1-7 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped.
If an item is a pre-order purchase, there will be an exception to this normal processing time. You will be updated when the item is shipped. If an order contains pre-order items and regular items, the whole order will be held to ship when the pre-order item becomes available.
Your shipping rate depends on a number of factors including your location and the weight of your package. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
Some items may have a flat rate or surcharge due to their size or weight.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping Protection & Lost Orders
During checkout, you will have the option to purchase shipping protection from Route for your order. If your order is lost or damaged upon arrival and you have purchased protection, you will be able to file a claim with them. The option to purchase shipping protection will be listed above the 'Check Out' button on the 'Cart' page as shown below.
If you do not purchase shipping protection, your items will not be replaced or refunded due to loss or damage during shipping. You are welcome to purchase the shipping protection or a claim through USPS if there is an issue during transit.
