Our return time frame is 30 days from the date you receive your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If it has been longer than 30 days from the receipt of your items, they will not be eligible for return or refund.
To return your items, first reach out to us via our 'Contact Us' form or via email at email@example.com. We will discuss your options for return. If approved, we will provide the address for you to make your return. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is being returned because it is defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges will only be applicable if you receive an item that is defective. We are not responsible for items damaged during shipping (see our shipping policy for more details).
